From survival to a fully lived life.
Jacques Aubin is an author, speaker, and well-being builder whose life has become his message. Between 2009 and 2011, he underwent a remarkable transformation, going from 415 pounds to 190 pounds—without surgery—one decision at a time, one step at a time.
In 2013, the neurological illness CIDP suddenly paralyzed his body. For more than ten days, he lost the use of his arms and legs, trapped in an unmoving body but carried by a mind determined to live again. Then, on July 1st, 2025, his heart stopped three times in a single day.
Each time, he came back. And with every return, he renewed his commitment to life, to faith, and to love.
Today, Jacques dedicates his life to sharing this inner strength through his books, his talks, and his training programs. His powerful and compassionate approach unites science, awareness, and the lived experience of pushing beyond one’s limits. He reminds us that true health begins with a single decision: the decision to rise again, with love and courage.
“There comes a time when merely surviving is no longer enough. It’s the moment you choose to truly live.”
